Payment & Service Delivery Policy

AnchorPoint Consulting

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Overview

AnchorPoint Consulting provides bespoke professional consulting, strategy, marketing, branding, website development and creative services.

Our services are typically commissioned through individual proposals or written project agreements.

We do not operate a conventional physical-product retail business. Our work is primarily delivered electronically or through agreed consulting engagements.

This policy explains how clients commission services, make payments and receive project deliverables.

2. How to Commission Our Services

Our usual engagement process follows five stages.

Step 1 — Initial Enquiry

Clients contact us through our website, by email or through a consultation request.

We discuss their organisation, objectives, requirements and potential project scope.

Step 2 — Proposal and Quotation

Where appropriate, we prepare a proposal or quotation setting out:

  • The services to be provided

  • The proposed deliverables

  • Project fees and applicable currency

  • Any deposit or payment milestones

  • Estimated timescales

  • Relevant client responsibilities and project conditions

Step 3 — Agreement

Before paid work begins, the client is given an opportunity to review the proposal and the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The project proceeds once the client accepts the agreed scope and any other applicable commencement conditions are satisfied.

Step 4 — Payment

The client receives an invoice, payment request or approved payment link reflecting the agreed fees and transaction currency.

Payment may be made using an available payment method, including card payment or bank transfer.

Step 5 — Project Delivery

We provide the agreed services and deliverables in accordance with the accepted project scope and schedule.

3. Pricing and Currency

Prices displayed on our website are primarily quoted in pounds sterling (GBP/£) and represent indicative starting prices unless clearly identified as fixed prices.

Starting prices reflect the entry-level cost of a particular service or project scope. Final pricing will depend on the specific requirements, complexity and deliverables agreed with each client.

As a UK-registered business, our preferred currency is GBP (£). However, we also work with international clients and may provide quotations and accept payments in United States dollars (USD/$) or another mutually agreed currency.

Every final proposal, invoice or payment request will clearly identify the agreed project fee, payment currency and amount payable.

Any applicable taxes or separately authorised third-party costs will be communicated before payment.

We will not charge clients for additional services or work outside the agreed scope without their prior approval.

4. Payment Security

Where card payments are available, we use an external payment-processing provider.

Clients are directed to the payment interface operated by the relevant provider, where card details are transmitted using the provider's secure payment systems.

AnchorPoint Consulting does not require clients to provide full card numbers or card security codes through ordinary email, project correspondence or website enquiry forms.

We may retain transaction references, payment confirmations, invoice information and limited payment details required for normal business administration.

Clients should not send sensitive payment credentials directly to us.

Where a particular card-payment service is unavailable, alternative payment instructions may be supplied.

5. Delivery of Services

Our work is delivered according to the project agreement.

Deliverables may include:

  • Strategic recommendations and reports

  • Branding, messaging and identity documents

  • Design files and creative assets

  • Website pages, website builds and related digital work

  • Marketing plans, copy and content

  • Consulting sessions, presentations and workshops

  • Other agreed professional deliverables

Depending on the project, delivery may take place through email, secure file sharing, a client-accessible website or another agreed digital platform.

No physical shipping is required unless a specific project agreement expressly provides for a physical deliverable.

6. Project Timelines

Delivery dates depend on project requirements and will be confirmed in the proposal or agreed project schedule.

Timelines may be affected by client approvals, requested amendments, changes in scope, technical dependencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will communicate material delays and work with the client to agree reasonable next steps.

7. Delivery Confirmation and Revisions

Clients will have an opportunity to review deliverables in accordance with the agreed project scope.

Any included revisions, review stages and acceptance arrangements will be specified in the proposal or project agreement.

Requests for work beyond the original scope may require a further quotation and approval.

8. Ongoing Services

Where a client engages us on a retainer or continuing-service basis, the agreement will specify the service period, deliverables, billing arrangements and any applicable renewal or cancellation terms.

Ongoing services are provided in accordance with those individually agreed arrangements.

9. Refunds, Cancellations and Concerns

Project cancellations, refunds and payment disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Clients wishing to raise a concern about service delivery or payment should email Liam.riley@anchorpointconsulting.org.

We aim to respond constructively and resolve concerns fairly.
